  3. C2C - One consumer sells product to another consumer. When done online , it becomes a type of eCommerce. For example - OLX allows users to buy, sell and exchange of products.
  4. D2C - These are the brand owners who directly sell product to the consumers. For example - Boat is selling products to customers directly.
  5. C2B - It is a commerce model where consumers provide various product to the business. For example - A food blogger who share an affiliate link to a kitchen company’s cooking products on their blog.

  3. Limited Liability Company - These are the most flexible types of businesses. They retain the tax benefits of sole proprietorship and the limited liability of corporations. 
  4. Non - Profit Organization - It is a legal entity that operates for social benefit, rather than to generate profit for its owners. 


Meaning of USP ( Unique Selling Point )

 A unique selling point (USP), also called a unique selling proposition, is the essence of what makes your product or service better than competitors. A unique selling point defines your company’s unique position in the market place.                                                                             It shows pic of Unique selling point that involves benefits, difference and consumer decisions which make company differ from others.

 SWOT analysis is a framework for identifying and analyzing organization’s strengths,   weakness,   opportunities and threats.

  3.  Place - Place is where you sell the product and distribution channels you use to get it to your customers. For eg- Watch is available in states such as Haryana, Punjab, Kerala.
  4. Promotion - It is how you advertise your product or service. For eg- ABC company uses advertising, public relations , etc.
